Since version 3.1.0 you will have the abillity to chose where your available tickets needs to be counted. In all earlier versions the counter was from the Parent Ticket, but now you may choose to let it count from the Child Ticket as well. The main issue was that some people needed limited child tickets what was not possible.
How to set the counter.
- Login to your Administrator.
- Choose Components.
- Go to the RD e-Tickets Component.
- Then choose for the Ticket Tab / Quick Icon.
- Add/Edit a ticket.
The setting below can be found in the left collumn:
You have the choice to use the Parent or the Child ticket as counter. This way a child ticket can be sold out and while other child tickets still having availabillity. It has been created for the Waiting List functionality), you may now be able to enter Child tickets to the waiting list to.
