Upgrade RD-Bugreporter 1.0.2 Released PDF Print E-mail

Today we have upgraded RD-Bugreporter as we have found some small bugs.
The next fixes has been made to the program:

- Removing Comments (Moderators or higher)
- Sending notifying emails when adding report (updated email address)
- Sending Comments Notifier (to subscribers, updated email address)
- Some code cleanups / messy code removed
- Removeing attachments when removing comments
- Added some empty index files to prevent showing folder contents.
- Updated language files for mail system

As you can see, no big changes but fixes only!
