Where can I find the original mail templates? PDF Print E-mail

There are 4 HTML email templates in the backend of your Joomla! installation.
Go to: Components->Ticketmaster->Configuration.

You will see a set of HTML editors and mails to send to a customer.
Here is the first one. (Mail template when sending the tickets to clients.)
The email below is sent to a customer with the tickets as attachment, the payment is in, the tickets have been created.

Dear %%NAME%%,

Thank your registering at [yoursitename]!

We have attached the tickets for you, you can print this attachments and give take them with you to the event.
There will be the original tickets for!

STEP1: PRINTING THE TICKETS:
1. You need Adobe Reader 4 or higher for this. If you dont have this programm, et it for free here:
www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
2. Check if your printer is on, before you start
3. Open the attachments in this mail
4. Go to: File - Print (A black and white print is OK with us)
5. Print all tickets.

STEP 2: TAKE YOUR TICKETS WITH YOU
1. The tickets you have printed, are the original ones!
2. If you loose the tickets, you need to print them again.
3. Every tickets has an unique code, and can be used only once at the door.

So, save your tickets on a save place!

The second one is "Mail template when sending email confirmations to clients."
This template is used to send customers a welcome mail during signup, every customer will receive one. Also when the have/will pay by PayPal.
Change it the way you like..

The third template is "This will be the confirmation when ordering. (Will be used if user is logged in)."
This template is used when a customer is allready logged in, he will be noticed that the payment needs to be done.

The fourth one is one you can change the way you like, we have created this one for confirming a customer when he comes back at the site after he has confirmed the tickets. This one will only be used if you have PayPal turned off.
When PayPal has been turned off, you can leave this one blank.

The last one, it's send when a customer is processing the payment. After the customer is redirected to your site with a PayPal ok status we need to say thank you for the payment. The payment has been done and can be processed. This is the original email.

Thank you for paying your tickets directly by PayPal. We have received the payment a few seconds ago. The ordered tickets will be  processed as soon as possible, this may take up to 24h. OUr system will send them automatically to you.

Below you will find some payment information:
