RD-Ticketmaster 1.0.3 BETA

Today we have completed the newest ticketmaster version, version 1.0.3 BETA.
Version 1.0.3 contains the Payment module, so Payments can be done by PayPal
We have added new screens on the backend and the frontend.

- Added PayPal Support

Your orders can be paid instantly with PayPal, after that the order status will be changed to "Paid".
You still have to process the orders manually. Looking forward to change this also.
