I am getting the questiopn pretty often, but as we have now only plugins that handle the payment processing we have deprecated the old styles. But if you have upgraded to version 1.0.15 from an older version, you can not turn on and off the manual payment and old PayPal anymore. We have also build a way to get the old config back, so you can turn it on and off.

How to do this, first login to your Ticketmaster and go to the control panel:

You will see this new 1.0.15 scereen:

The URL now is: /administrator/index.php?option=com_ticketmaster&controller=configuration
Now let's change this into: /administrator/index.php?option=com_ticketmaster&controller=configuration&old=1
Then hit enter to refresh the page and you will see your old configuration again :)
