There are just a few items you have to remember and to know before adding a ticket.

1. If you have multiple tickets (subtickets) in your box you have to create a “parent item” first. As you can see above we are willing to create a “Parent ticket”
   Important: The parent ticket will not be visible if you’re creating child items.
   As you can see in the image below, we have a ticket created with 2 child tickets. The parent ticket (Red Line) won't  be used. In the frontend, we're only using the ones with the green line. 
2. Event: When do you want to show this ticket? In this case we only want to show these tickets when the customer is at the Euro Vision Song festival pages.
3. Event Code: Used on the ticket. EG: When you have multiple seats and/or entrances you can define them here.
   In the case above, we want them to go to: ESF12 (Keep this code short and unique!)
4. If you want to change fonts and font sizes you can do it here.
   Default fontsizes are written behind the inputbox so you can’t forget them.
5. The color of the text; Needs to be RGB! We will launch a page that can show you the RGB code for a HEX code.

At the bottom of the page you can enter some additional information. Use the editor like you want. We’re saving HTML also and so you can create pages looks like a content item. Added images are being saved in the Joomla media manager.
