403 Page during signup

Question:
I am getting a 403 error page when a customer wants to signup in Ticketmaster.

Answer:
As we're using the Joomla signup/registration system we do have to use their registration component as well.
If you have turned off "Registration" in your Joomla Configuration, you will have to allow registrations in your website.
